"Around 09:00am on the morning of Easter Saturday my wife called the medical emergency number on my behalf. She spoke to someone, located we believe in Birmingham. Ten minutes later a doctor telephoned us and took details of my condition, after a further ten minutes we had a call informing us of an appointment at 11:10, in Andover hospital. At exactly 11:10am the doctor called my name.

Try as I may, I cannot find one single fault in, or cause to complain about, such excellent service performance. We were dealt with efficiently, and with understanding throughout."
